“ It was wonderful to be able to have Long Johns again!!! Sad a lot of the are closed!! Food is greasy but so worth it!! ”
“ I had a craving for Long John silver's fish. I knew I'd be passing this place on my way north on the interstate. It was delicious. My passenger had Taco Bell. We used the drive thru. ”
“ Wow, I am speechless. Just came in at 5:30 pm on Wednesday evening, and ordered dinner off the Long John Silvers menu - chicken planks and shrimp. Was waiting about 5 mins for my food and they placed a bag on the counter. I did not see it or hear them call my order so I did not realize that was my food. About 2 minutes later the manager came by and asked if I was waiting on an order. I said yes and he said, “apologies but that was your order on the counter - but please give me 5 minutes because that food was not fresh made and I want to get you fresh food”. I waited 5 mins and he brought out fresh food. He said “sorry for the wait but I didn’t want to do you like that, this food was just made”. I cannot remember the last time a fast food manager demonstrated that level of care for me as a customer. I’m not sure it’s ever happened. Kudos to this manager, I did t get his name and wish I had. He really gets it. ”

Even though they continue to look at us I never said please hold on or I'll be right with you. There are more concerned on drive-thru then they were at the customers on the front of the store. I understand you guys have timers and need to get cars out of your drive-thru fast. It should not take away from the service the customers get up front. I don't know if it's an employee problem or a management problem but I feel like it should be addressed. ”

“ Got the Long John Silver's 3 Fish Meal. Fish and hush puppies were crispy, hot, and tasty. Fries were pretty good. One of my favorite drinks Baja Blast is an option here because of the Taco Bell portion. Service was fast, friendly, and they gave me extra tartar sauce. ”
